Raised in Balltown, KY, she attended Saint Thomas Elementary School and Bethlehem High School in Bardstown before furthering her education at the University of Louisville. Her eight-year service in the US Navy laid the groundwork for her subsequent ventures. Leanne is now a small business owner, managing government contracts and private sector projects. Her commitment to giving back stems from her grandmother, Frances Taylor, whose legacy inspired the creation of the Frances Foundation. Today, Leanne resides in Reston, VA, with her husband and two rescue dogs, savoring the joys of being an empty nester as her twin daughters pursue college. Her story showcases resilience, compassion, and a drive to create positive change.
